Since you wanted crit... well it's actually hard to crit this. Your too good >_< So I'm going to get -really- nitty gritty.
When doing the pencil line art stages perhaps do it even lighter so that it's easier to rub out when going over it in pen. I say this because I can see some pencil lines not rubbed out and the leg overlaps the tail slightly. The staff the wolf is carrying doesn't seem to be straight either so use a ruler next time? Also for the first layer of the wings try to keep whether you want it curved or spiked consistent [I like it spiked personally]

This does indeed look good, I have trouble finding much error here really.
Maybe you could try and work on the fur more to give it an even fluffier feeling and spread those wings a little so it looks like he's in the air?
Right now it looks like your character stands somewhere ready to take off...

However this is well drawn
